Whether you just want to talk, or are struggling with something, I am here with you. In a nonjudgemental space, you will learn to recognize and understand thought and feeling patterns with the goal of creating new ones. Become more aware and develop a deeper sense of self and self-acceptance. The mind-body connection is proven and powerful and malleable. Area of special interest is life transitions (career, family changes, divorce, loss, illness) as well as working with athletes. I work with ages 13 and up. Free consultation.

Guided Meditations

Learn how simple and effective meditation can be. The benefits of meditation include:

  • reduced stress and anxiety

  • increased resilience + higher self esteem

  • better self-regulation

  • increased focus and concentration

  • improved relationships

  • self compassion

Be part of an in person 6 week program for teens that teaches lifelong stress management skills in a peaceful and warm environment. Students will learn a variety of mindfulness and meditation techniques to help with self regulation, building empathy and the ability to respond to challenging situations. Practices will include gratitude, grounding, body scanning, mindfulness of thoughts and emotions and mindful movement. $375 per student for the series (min 4 students). Individual sessions also available; $350 for 3 or $675 for 6.

Learn how your mind and emotions affect your performance. We discuss things like habits, perceptions, grit, identity, hard work, rewards. We practice mindfulness and visualization. Navigate distress, confidence and anxiety through mental training and you will take your performance to the next level, in and out of your sport.  Either in groups or individually, we will learn how our bodies can only perform to the degree that our minds are able to cope.
