About me.

I am a licensed social worker who has experience working with children and adults through anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I have also created a Mindful Athlete module to help athletes with their mental training and development. By combining a mindfulness-based and cognitive behavioral approach, I can help you learn to make gentle shifts in order to be present and develop a stronger sense of self, purpose and belonging. I often incorporate breath work in sessions as this simple act is incredibly beneficial to our sense of wellbeing yet often taken for granted. My approach.

I am trained in mindfulness-based techniques that support healing and wellness and utilize a cognitive behavioral approach. Whether you are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, or just feeling stuck, see how understanding and changing neural pathways can support a greater sense of mental wellbeing and help you be more present.

My approach is a collaborative process that is nonjudgemental, practical and understanding. Together, we will identify and address life stressors and gain insight into the mind-body connection as well as thought and behavioral patterns.

In our time together you may:

I have experience working in a variety of areas, including illness, grief, depression, anxiety, sport performance and life changes.
